Volunteer
Freedom House depends on the efforts of dozens of volunteers.
If you’d like to get involved, we especially need volunteers who can:

Provide legal services
Provide health care services
Provide translation services
Be a driver for our residents
Help with small repair and maintenance jobs
Provide job and career mentoring
Organize activities, like teaching a class or arranging an outing
Be a member of our Speakers Bureau

Everyone who wishes to volunteer at Freedom House must attend a 90-minute orientation, which we hold about every six weeks. Please download and fill out the following forms and email them to Alexa Stanard at astanard@freedomhousedetroit.org. She'll be in touch to schedule you for the next volunteer orientation.
